PreciPoint GmbH, headquartered in Freising near Munich, develops intelligent microscopy systems and innovative software solutions that digitise laboratory processes for research users and healthcare professionals from all application areas worldwide and especially pathology.

Our product management team assures that our growing portfolio matches our customers’ requirements as well as changing regulatory requirements by engaging in continuous product engineering. Here we are looking for an experienced requirements engineer to join our Freising based team as soon as possible on a part- or fulltime basis (20 – 40 hrs/w).

Your tasks

  • Refinement of product requirements based upon a deep understanding of user needs and in accordance with product lifecycle strategies
  • Supervision and continuous tracking of applicable requirements within the agile development process
  • Development of validation methods, incl. usability tests to be carried out in-house and on-site with key customers
  • Integration of validation methods into on-going processes and assistance with their implementation

Your profile

  • Previous experience with engineering the requirements of medical or IVD devices or other products with a combination of hard- and software elements
  • Willingness to travel internationally for on-site tests with customers (approx. 10 – 15%)
  • Fluent English and at least conversational level German
  • Driver’s license preferred
