Electrical Engineer (m/f/x) Digital Microscopy

PreciPoint GmbH, located in Garching near Munich, develops intelligent microscope systems and innovative analysis software, thus contributing to the digitalisation and further development of laboratories. Our customers range from medical laboratories and research institutions to industry.
To support our constantly growing team, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer (m/f/x) Digital Microscopy at our office in Garching as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Development of circuit diagrams and board layouts as well as construction of prototypes
- Elaboration and execution of unit and system tests especially for automated systems
- Close cooperation with suppliers and support in the purchasing process
- Development and creation of cable diagrams
- Carrying out appropriate tests for component and interface testing in consultation with the internal hardware and software development department
- Preparation and control of technical documentation according to quality management and medical certification requirements
- Monitoring of EMC tests for the complete device
- Firmware development for embedded controller
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an electrical engineer (m/f/d)
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Ideally experience in working with KiCAD
- Preferably knowledge of GIT, JIRA and Confluence
- Very good communication and teamwork skills in cooperation with production, hardware and software development
- Very good English and ideally good German language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites within Germany
